You school has a system installed called aiContact.

This software is written by us and designed to help you keep things safe.

There is a file that you need to get from here.

You need to copy this file to your desk top and "run it" to do a back up of your laptop to the server.

When you are asked if you want it answer "Save"

You may not be given an opportunity to say where you want to save it.

But if you are, save this file to your desk top.

Running the File

Once you have the file on your desktop, double click it.

It should open up a rather boring black and white screen that will tell you things about your laptop and copy your files to your place on the server.

Once the back up has been run, you shoud receive an email telling you how it got on.
